Age Concern Wakefield District have launched a new telephone ordering service, offering a regular and reliable supermarket shopping service for isolated older people directly to the door. Wrenthorpe is a community of some two and a half thousand houses, one and a half miles north of the City of Wakefield in West Yorkshire. Wrenthorpe has a population of some 6000 people.
