This is achieved by organising an annual Christmas party, providing a free chiropody service and arranging an annual trip to the coast. Fund raising events include an annual Gala, fairs, weekly bingo sessions, harvest festival auctions, etc.

The Association is responsible for the maintenance and management of the Village Hall and for fostering the community spirit in the village. The Management Committee is elected annually and usually meets on the third Wednesday of the month; a newsletter, Wrenthorpe Matters, is produced in April, August and November each year and delivered to every house in the village.
The Village Hall hosts a wide range of regular and casual users, covering social, educational, leisure and commercial activities.
This website is supported by the Association as a free resource for the people of Wrenthorpe and the surrounding area.
